Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Statement

Bell Procurement management acknowledges our responsibility to respect our impact on society and the environment and we recognise that we can have a positive influence on our suppliers, contractors and their employees, products and services and through collaborative relationships, we will foster a diverse supplier base.

We ask all customers and suppliers engaging with Bell PM to maintain an efficient procurement process operating under sound governance that achieves the best value for money, meets business requirements and delivers financial and ESG outcomes across the product or service lifecycle.

Bell PM collaborate with our suppliers as part of our contract and supplier relationship management processes to ensure existing, prospective and new suppliers acknowledge and abide by our Supplier Charter and therefore understand the ESG criteria and requirements. Bell PM also implement monitoring processes to eliminate and manage any risks.

 

Suppliers

We ask that all suppliers engaging with Bell PM to support the delivery of our environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments and objectives by agreeing to abide by Bell PM’s Supplier Charter. This is also incorporated into our sourcing and contracting processes with all our suppliers.

Where appropriate, we will encourage our customers to increase the purchase of goods and/or services that support community-based charities, are carbon neutral or have a lower carbon footprint, are more efficient, protect human rights and meet internationally recognised sustainability performance standards.
